Watchlist Wire is an independent research publisher covering U.S. micro-cap public companies, the part of the market where the sell side does not go. It is published by WLW Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Everything on this site is built from public filings, and every report says who paid for it.
The desk writes permanent research dossiers on companies between roughly $10M and $200M in market value, a weekly roundup of what moved and why, a podcast that takes one micro-cap mechanic per episode, and standing briefings on market structure and research compliance. Every figure is sourced to a filing. No report carries a price target or buy or sell language. Where a company pays for coverage, the payment is disclosed on the page. The desk holds no position in anything it covers. Dossiers are never taken down; they are corrected.
Dossiers. A 2,000-word fundamental analysis of one company: the thesis, the figures that support it with sources, the capital structure including dilution history and convertible exposure, the risks, and the conditions under which the thesis fails. Each dossier has a permanent page and a plain-English summary. The library holds all of them.
The weekly roundup. What moved in the week, why it moved, and what it means for the micro-cap universe, with a movers table and a coverage ledger that ties the week back to the companies under coverage. Every edition stays online.
The podcast. Two series. The education series takes one mechanic per episode: dilution, shelves, going concern language, the delisting clock. The roundup series is the week in audio. On Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio.
Briefings. Standing explainers written to be forwarded: Section 17(b) disclosure, sponsored research versus promotion, how coverage is arranged, vendor due diligence, listing rules, and how investors find small companies.
These apply to every report, whether the coverage is editorial or paid.
Editorial coverage is chosen by the desk and unpaid. Sponsored coverage is commissioned by the company, and the payment is disclosed on the report. The two are written to the same standard, by the same desk, with the same screen applied first. A company cannot buy a conclusion; it can pay for the research and its distribution to be produced. The engagement structure is described on the coverage page, and rates are confirmed on the assessment call rather than published.
Distribution is two events. Ahead of publication the network is told coverage of the company is coming. On publication the dossier goes to 100,000+ investors across trading communities and financial data networks, with direct alerts by text message and email to subscribers who opted in.

No. WLW Holdings LLC is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing it publishes is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The research describes companies from their public filings and names the conditions under which its own thesis fails.
Sometimes. Where a company pays for coverage, the compensation, its source, and its amount are disclosed on the report itself under Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. Paid and unpaid dossiers are written to the same standard, and companies that fail the screen are declined regardless of budget.
No. Watchlist Wire holds no position in any company it covers during coverage or for 90 days after publication.
Email contact@watchlistwire.com with the page and the figure. Material errors are corrected on the page with a dated note. Dossiers are never taken down; they are corrected.
Research is written and edited by the WLW Holdings desk, from public filings, press releases, and disclosed third-party data. The podcast is hosted by Atlas and Michael.
Twenty-three dossiers, thirty-four editions, and the briefings, all permanent and all sourced.
